Through our journey, we’ve discovered a path to clearer specification.
Just as the maestro guides the orchestra toward a shared vision without needing to master the complexity of each instrument, we advocate a specification method that prioritizes essential principles.

• Purpose over Process
  Let purpose guide every action. Projects should start with “why” & "what"—keeping the big picture in mind before diving into processes.
• Simplicity over Needless Detail
  Specification should clarify, not complicate. By simplifying information, we ensure everyone, regardless of background, sees the same story.
• Goals Driving Workflows, not Rigid Steps
  Let goals shape the journey. Each workflow adapts to what we aim to achieve, freeing teams from the constraints of rigid, predefined steps.
• Collaboration Across Roles, not Isolated Expertise
  Open communication bridges gaps. By fostering a shared understanding, we encourage every team member to contribute, regardless of specialty.
• Alignment Across Scales
